What’s your Cancellation Policy?
It depends on the rate you book. Flexible rates can usually be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates, as the name suggests, can’t be cancelled or amended. Check your booking confirmation for details.
Is Hyll dog-friendly?
Yes, we’ve got four dog-friendly rooms waiting for you. Just give us a shout ahead of your stay to confirm, and we’ll make sure your furry friend is all set.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is by 11:00. Need an early check-in or late check-out? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to sort it (subject to availability).
How many rooms are there at Hyll?
We’ve got 26 rooms in total. Each one’s got its own vibe, so you can find the one that feels just right for you.
How can I provide feedback about my stay?

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel – whether you’re streaming, scrolling, or sending a quick email.
Do you have accessible facilities?
We’ve done everything we can to make our manor house as accessible as possible, but given its age, there are some limitations. There’s no elevator, so access to all bedrooms is via stairs. If you have specific needs, let us know – we’ll do our best to help.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, parking is free for guests. Just a heads-up: spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there a spa or gym at Hyll?
No, but you can book a treatment to enjoy in your room.

Can I get a cot or extra bed in my room?
Yes, we can provide cots or extra beds for children – just ask. (Limited availability, so best to check in advance.)
